Now Open: Registrations for the 2025 WiBF Mentoring for Success Program!

We are delighted to launch participant registrations for the 2025 Women in Banking and Finance Mentoring for Success Program! Now in its 16th year, this flagship initiative continues to provide a powerful leadership development opportunity alongside an impactful cross-sector mentoring experience.

The program is open to all participants, with a strong focus on increasing the female leadership pipeline while also fostering inclusive leadership across the industry.

🔹 Applications close Friday, 21st March 2025.

🔹 Mentees and mentors must meet key eligibility criteria.

🔹 Organisations are encouraged to nominate equal numbers of mentees and mentors.
